How To Manufacture A Frog Night Lamp?
Silicone frog night light is made by solid silicone compression molding, which need to make a compression tooling first according to frog light design drawing, which takes 18-20 days, then mix food grade silicone material with food grade green pigment. Process of manufacturing frog night light: preheat the compression mold/tooling to 175 Celsius Degree, then open the tooling, put the mixed solid silicone to mold cavities, then close the tooling, after about 200 seconds, tooling opens automatically, remove the formed green frog body from tooling cavities, remove the burrs/flash, pad print big eyes on the formed green frog, spray smooth oil coating to protect the printing and frog surface, also can improve frog light touch feeling, after drying, insert electronics components (lithium battery, LEDs, and ABS lamp base seat) into the green frog, turn on the light to check quality, finally put a completed frog light to a PE bag and box.
