LED Light
1. LED lamp is a lamp with LED as the light source. Because LED itself has high brightness, energy saving and environmental protection, LED lamps have the energy saving characteristics of LED.
2. Optical characteristics of LED lamp: LED provides monochromatic light with large half-width. Since the energy gap of semiconductor decreases with the rise of temperature, the peak wavelength emitted by it increases with the rise of temperature, that is, the spectral redshift, and the temperature coefficient is+2-3A/. LED luminous intensity L is approximately proportional to the forward current:, K is the proportional coefficient. As the current increases, the luminous brightness will also increase approximately. In addition, the luminous intensity is also related to the ambient temperature. When the ambient temperature is high, the composite efficiency decreases and the luminous intensity decreases.
3. Thermal characteristics of LED lamp: LED temperature rise is not obvious under low current. If the ambient temperature is high, the main wavelength of the LED will shift red, the brightness will decrease, and the uniformity and consistency of the light emission will deteriorate. In particular, the temperature rise of dot matrix and large display screen has a more significant impact on the reliability and stability of LED.
